Si no, intenta compartir el veh\u00edculo con gente, para minimizar la huella ecol\u00f3gica.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Aparca correctamente en lugares se\u00f1alizados, sin obstaculizar el paso de veh\u00edculos y personas. Adem\u00e1s ten en cuenta que en la monta\u00f1a vive y trabaja gente.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Evita arrancar flores o plantas, romper ramas o mover piedras.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Lleva al perro atado, ya que puede alterar la fauna.<\/p><\/li><li><p>No tires papeles, toallitas h\u00famedas u otros residuos higi\u00e9nicos.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Sigue los caminos marcados y respeta las se\u00f1alizaciones para evitar la erosi\u00f3n del suelo, molestar a la fauna y estropear la flora.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3>POR UNA BUENA CARREA<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/trailbarcelona.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/consell2_JUSTRAIL-270x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"142\" height=\"158\" \/><\/h3><p><strong>D\u00edas antes de la carrera<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><p>Alim\u00e9ntate bien con frutas, verduras, hidratos de carbono (pasta, legumbres, arroz o patata) y prote\u00ednas (carne, pescado y huevos).<\/p><\/li><li><p>Bebe mucha agua a lo largo del d\u00eda.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Evita comer az\u00facares, grasas y boller\u00eda industrial.<\/p><\/li><li><p>No hagas actividades demasiado intensas y duerme lo suficiente para llegar descansado a la carrera.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Trata de hacer estiramientos.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>D\u00eda de la carrera<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Fes un bon esmorzar ric en cereals o pa amb pernil dol\u00e7, pollastre, gall d\u2019indi o pernil salat, fruita i fruits secs. El pots acompanyar de iogurt.<\/li><li>Evita menjar just abans de la cursa. Si tens gana, millor un pl\u00e0tan que a m\u00e9s t\u2019aportar\u00e0 potassi per a la musculatura.<\/li><li>No tastis aliments nous, ja que et poden caure malament.<\/li><li>Cal hidratar-se molt durant el dia i en especial, mitja hora abans de la cursa.<\/li><li>No facis sevir roba o cal\u00e7at nou, et poden provocar rascades.<\/li><li>Arriba amb prou antelaci\u00f3, aix\u00ed tindr\u00e0s temps suficient per recollir el dorsal, escalfar, anar al lavabo, etc.<\/li><li>Evita estar al sol, millor busca l\u2019ombra i si no, posa\u2019t una gorra.<\/li><li>Fes un petit escalfament, per preparar la musculatura per l\u2019esfor\u00e7 que far\u00e0s.<\/li><li>Pots ajudar-te de begudes isot\u00f2niques, barretes i gels energ\u00e8tics per tenir m\u00e9s energia.<\/li><li>No comencis massa r\u00e0pid, ja que pots cansar-te de seguida, millor que vagis pujant el ritme a poc a poc per assegurar-te poder acabar b\u00e9 la cursa.<\/li><li>Mira de no obstaculitzar la resta de corredors i evitar caigudes.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Despu\u00e9s de la carrera<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Continua hidratant-te amb (aigua, beguda isot\u00f2nica o sucs naturals).<\/li><li>Fes estiraments per evitar lesions i recuperar-te m\u00e9s r\u00e0pid.<\/li><li>Fes un bon dinar prioritzant aliments rics en prote\u00efnes.<\/li><\/ul><h3>MATERIAL RECOMENDADO<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/trailbarcelona.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/consell3_JUSTRAIL.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"178\" height=\"178\" \/><\/h3><ul><li>Roba esportiva, t\u00e8cnica, c\u00f2mode i adequada a la temperatura.
