Se incluir\u00e1n ejercicios para fortalecer el core, propiocepci\u00f3n, ejercicios de fuerza, cardiovasculares, flexibilidad, etc. Porque un buen entrenamiento de Trail Running no solo consiste en correr por monta\u00f1a.<\/li><li><strong>HORARIO<\/strong>: Cada viernes de 19:15 a 20:15 h.<\/li><li><strong>LUGAR<\/strong>: Sala de actividades dirigidas del Complex Esportiu Municipal La Bonaigua (Sant Just Desvern).<\/li><li><strong>PRECIO<\/strong>: 25 \u20ac \/ mes.<br \/>Incluye sesi\u00f3n dirigida, material deportivo necesario y acceso a los vestuarios con duchas y taquillas.<br \/><br \/>* La actividad se llevar\u00e1 cabo siempre y cuando el n\u00famero de inscritos llegue al m\u00ednimo establecido.<br \/>* El pago de la cuota se har\u00e1 mediante domiciliaci\u00f3n
